Baby Gators Located at the Ocala Florida Citrus Center

This mural depicts a stunning semi-tropical river scene at sunset, featuring baby alligators. It is inspired by childhood memories of boating and exploring the riverbanks, capturing the essence of family adventures in Florida. To align with the branding of Florida Citrus Centers, vibrant oranges and a citrus tree are incorporated into the artwork. The goal is to create a warm and inviting scene that reflects the joy of visitors enjoying Florida’s beautiful waters.

Campus Pointe Mall Mural - Kalamazoo, MI

This mural, located directly across from the Western Michigan University campus and in collaboration with the Gwen Frostic School of Art, will showcase the university's signature colors—gold, black, brown, and tan—bringing school spirit to life. At the center, a powerful Bronco rears on its hind legs, emerging from a billowing cloud of smoke, creating a dynamic focal point. To the right, highlights of the university’s athletic and academic programs celebrate its excellence. Tying it all together, a large diagonal banner stretches across the mural, proudly displaying the words "Go Broncos," which reinforces the pride and energy of Western Michigan.

St. Petersburg Pelican Mural at Burghealth

Capturing the spirit of St. Petersburg, the artwork depicts a panoramic vista of the city, viewed from Tampa Bay. As a majestic pelican and his pod, donning stylish shades cruise just above the water, framed by a mesmerizing sunset that bathes the cityscape in warm hues. This larger-than-life depiction celebrates the charm and allure of St. Pete, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in its beauty.

Poolside Oasis Mural

The mural features a beautiful blend of vibrant hibiscus, plumeria flowers, and lush tropical foliage to depict a garden. As a special tribute, I will paint a vibrant purple hibiscus in the center in memory of a late family member. For a whimsical touch, a monkey will be perched on the roof, enjoying a banana it stole from the trees on the back wall as it keeps watch over their oasis.

Courtyard Oasis Mural

The mural showcases a stunning combination of vibrant monsteras, plumeria flowers, and lush tropical foliage, creating a beautiful garden scene. At the center of the mural, a silhouette of Doubletop Mountain, created from trumpet vines, emerges prominently. Additionally, the artwork features eastern bluebirds, black-headed parakeets (commonly known as lovebirds), and a tiny hummingbird.

Azalea Mural

This is a mural design for an upcoming project. It is inspired by the blooming azaleas across the Tampa Bay region and the large monstera plants growing in the client's yard. The mural will be 8 feet in height and 12 feet in width, and it will be created using acrylic and aerosol.

Lakeland Midtown Mini Murals Project

The Lakeland Community Redevelopment Agency selected ten artists to create a second set of murals on the concrete perimeter wall surrounding the Talbot House Ministries homeless shelter. The following images are the designs I submitted.

Mural Concept: The dove, a symbol of hope, takes center stage as it spreads the message over the city of Lakeland. It is surrounded by an array of vibrant flowers, each representing the diversity and beauty of individuals irrespective of their race, gender, or sexuality. Together, they create a powerful visual representation of unity, inclusivity, and acceptance within the community.

Island Retreat

For this Mural, I was tasked with transforming the client's pool lanai into a personal island retreat, drawing inspiration from their garden's vibrant crape myrtles in full bloom. The 64 sq. ft. mural design features a beach theme, perfectly situated in the lanai and pool area, creating a serene and inviting escape that captures the essence of a tropical paradise.

Desert Rose Mural

Immersed in the captivating allure of our desert rose collection, a recurrent summer spectacle in the garden, I found myself entranced by the vibrant hues they paint against the tropical landscape. Standing 7 feet tall by 9 feet wide, rendered in acrylic and spray paint, this mural is a testament to my commitment to preserving roses' elegance year around.

Winner of the Campus Pointe Mall Mural Project

The Moment of Truth mural, a testament to introspection and growth, stands within the heart of Campus Pointe Mall, positioned directly across from Western Michigan's main campus. Intentionally divided into a triptych, each segment thoughtfully accentuates the awnings, harmonizing form with function. The mural's concept is meant to resonate with the journey of every college student—capturing the emotions and epiphanies that arise after years of dedicated education as the prospect of transitioning into the professional world takes shape. The four panels have been painted with an air paint sprayer and acrylic, each measuring 5'x10', spanning 30 feet across the wall.

JAMA Children's Exhibit

As the Head of Art Education at Ella Sharp Museum, we partnered with the local Jackson Area Manufacturers Association to create a children's exhibit highlighting their STEM program and utilizing simple machines. The exhibition was designed to inspire young people to enter manufacturing as adults. I designed this mural for the exhibit and worked with the curatorial team to paint this 8.5 feet tall by 36 feet wide.

Community Cityscape Project at the Ella Sharp Museum

I was commissioned to create a public work of art that invited collaboration with the local community. This eight-panel painting stretched 30 feet and was used at weekly events throughout the summer until it was filled with the museum goers artwork.
